- How do I apply for an Apartment?
- Complete our application and return it with your valid ID, proof of income and/or assistance, and your application fee.
- How long does it take to process my applocation?
- We begin processing your application immediately. The application process takes about 72 hours. This time depends on how quickly your informtion is returned to us from third parties.
- Does Kirkwood require a 6-month lease?
- All new tenants are required to sign a six-month lease. Most specials require a one-year lease. Tenants may rent month-to-month once the lease expires as long as a thirty day notice is turned in prior to moving.
- What will cause my application to be denied?
- The following are causes for denied applications:
- No one in the household is 21 or older
- You owe another property or utility company
- Drug and/or felony charges
- Extremely Bad Credit
- Income requirements were not met
- Does Kirkwood Apartments allow pets?
- We love pets at Kirkwood! We can only accept pets below a specific weight. There is a $500 pet fee per pet to cover damages. Some exotic pets are not allowed.
- Are utilities included?
- Kirwood always pays for water and sewer. The tenant is responsible for electric through Tupelo Water and Light Department. The electric deposit paid to Tupelo Water and Light is $200.
